Job description:
  • Administrative support (email, scheduling, document management)
  • Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
  • Bookkeeping, data entry, and monthly reconciliations
  • Payroll processing and GST/QST filings
  • Expense tracking and record organization
  • Support reporting, year-end preparation, and office coordination
  • Tools: Word • Excel • Outlook • Avantage • Activi-T
